The Field Services Department's main activities at this time is working in various institutions / groups across the regions gathering profile information, conducting institutional specific research to form a baseline and to implement programmes in each groups that are culturally specific and relevant  to their needs and are sustainable and measurable. 

The groups would include the school community, work places, church community, training institutions and community based organizations like Youth Clubs.  The aim of the PPM (Prevention Planning Methodology) approach that the department adopted is to ensure that the intervention programmes are researched based and scientific.
